Residential Policy Highlights
Cancelation, rescheduling, change in planned services, or pause/skip recurring visits requires a 48 hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a 25% fee of the scheduled service total.
Deep cleans and moving cleans require a 30% deposit. Refunds available only if appointment is canceled with more than 48-hour notice. Deposits become nonrefundable if service provider cannot access property at time of service or conditions prevent job from being preformed.
If payment is not received on agreed upon date a late fee of $15 will occur with an additional 5% fee every 10 days until invoice is paid in full.
Client must provide safe working conditions. Service providers hold the right to refuse services if they deem the environment unsafe at any time.
If client is dissatisfied with any services provided, they must notify service provider within 24 hours. We will return to correct issues at no additional costs.
Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Commercial Policy Highlights
Contractor will issue invoices after each service visit. Payment dates will be agreed upon prior to start of service. If payment is not received within 10 days after scheduled payment date, a 10% late fee will be added to the outstanding balance.
30% deposit is required for all deep or moving cleans. Deposit refundable up to 48 hours prior to service date.
Either party may cancel given 14 days written notice. All payments must be made in full before the agreement is closed.

25% same day cancelation fee. No show/ inability to access property will result in a cancelation fee.
